If the item is not delivered due to a failing on our part then we will resend the item.

The last ordering date for delivery to the UK and Europe is WEDNESDAY 21 DECEMBER. You can still Adopt a Tree as a gift for Christmas after this date. In this case we will email the certificate on Christmas day (not before) and send the initial gift box which will arrive after Christmas day.
