DELIVERY

We are happy to deliver worldwide. For the olive tree adoption we use the most cost effective method available which is currently DHL for the initial gift box and then the Italian postal system for the other elements of the adoption. For all other items we use the Italian postal system.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

Should your order fail to be delivered due to incorrect address information supplied to us then we are not liable to send a replacement. The customer in this instance will need to cover the cost of the replacement shipping.

Should be delivery not happen due to our failings then we will send a replacement free of charge.

RETURNS

Hopefully you will like our products, but if you do want to return something then please let us know by e-mail info@casa-margherita.com or call us on 00 39 0742 781329 prior to returning the item.

It is your responsibility to return the item to us in good condition and then, upon receipt, we will refund you the cost (less packing and postage charges).
